Kelly-McKenna Gallery is excited to announce our winter group exhibition The Sun, The Moon, The Stars, running from November 29, 2024, through January 26, 2025. The exhibition features an interplay of materials, styles, and themes that reflect the duality of science and mysticism, modernity and antiquity. 

The artworks in The Sun, The Moon, The Stars demonstrate technical sophistication and a striking contrast in materials from hard, industrial elements – works crafted from glass, metal, sequins, and acrylic – to warm, earthy works utilizing wood, fiber, and thread. This theme is reflected in the exhibition’s paintings, which range from precise hard lines to smooth gradients and fluid, organic shapes. 

These contrasting elements create a dynamic tension, embodying themes of futuristic innovation and archeological nostalgia. The exhibition bridges the gap between AI-driven modernity and age-old mysticism, blending science with spirituality — transforming celestial wonders into thought-provoking art.
